Can I lose money?
Yes. Crypto prices can move rapidly. Trading can lose part or all of the capital committed. Risk limits and stop orders cannot guarantee execution prices or prevent every loss. Simulated results and past performance do not guarantee future results. Keel has no demonstrated trading edge. Current replay and paper evidence are insufficient.
Can I create an account today?
No. Public signup is not open. You can create an account, or reach us through Contact. Customer paper trading and exchange connections remain in development. Existing operator access remains separate.

Which exchange does Keel support?
The current engine integrates with Binance Spot. Customer exchange connections are not open to the public. Availability may depend on your location and exchange eligibility.

What is the difference between paper and live?
Paper mode simulates trades without placing real orders. Live mode uses real capital and can lose money. Live activation requires the exact release to qualify and an explicit human GO LIVE action approving its bounded rollout. An access request is not approval.
How are accounts kept separate?
The engine scopes account records and controls by account: balances, positions, exchange credentials, pause and risk limits. Shared market analysis does not pool capital. Customer trading dashboards and exchange connections remain in development.

What API permissions are needed?
Do not submit API keys to this website. The engine uses signed exchange APIs for account reads and, when live trading is approved, spot orders. Withdrawals are not part of Keel’s trading workflow.
